DescriptionA pair of carp form the main body of the vase. Each has a pearl in it mouth and a free carved ring suspended below its lower lip. Above the carp on the neck of the vase are two phoenix birds with their mouths agape. The stone is spinach green mottled with darker flecks. It is translucent. The carving is somewhat clumsy, and the polish imperfect with many rough places. On View
