DescriptionThe image consists of a single open blossom with a dark red throat bleeding into orange that fades into yellow edges: the single flower is nestled on a background of leaves. There are lines throughout the work delineating the veins and edges of leaves as well as the details of the flower; leaves vary from light to dark green, with a prominent dark green portion in the lower right corner.
