DescriptionThe image is a detail-like section of two hollyhock stems, the one on the left being bent at the top towards the right edge of the composition. Both stalks have wilted and withered leaves, flowers, and buds with larger leaves at lower end of the stems and smaller leaves at the upper ends. The hollyhocks are in gray tones against a black background.
