DescriptionThe image is dominated by two faces that fill the left side of the composition; one face is in profile turned toward the left edge of the support while one faces the viewer. The faces are surrounded by intricate designs. Placed just right of center is a semi-circular shape; on the right side are smudged designs which may represent a landscape.
