DescriptionThe image is a charcoal study of a man's forearm, bicep, shoulder, and the left side of his chest. The arm is extended perpendicular to the bottom of the work with the forearm bent at the elbow and the bicep flexed; the forearm extends up and cuts off at the top of the work, approximately one quarter of the way in from the left of the work. The wrist is not shown. Two lines extend down two inches from the elbow toward the bottom right corner.
