DescriptionThe photograph depicts a desolate landscape scene. A dirt road travels from the lower left foreground to the middle right of the composition. On either side of the road sage brush and dry grass fills the desert space. In the middle of the photograph a white sign stands reading “Target 21.” In the background to the right an abandoned sign stands with no message and on the left a steel tower stands in the distance in isolation.
