DescriptionA personified bottle of whiskey in a jail cell. Visiting him outside of the cell are his family, "HOME/BREW", "DOCTORS'/ PRESCRIPTIONS/FOR/BOOZE", "PATENT/MEDICINES/CONTAINING/ALCOHOL" and "HARD/CIDER", talking to him through the bars. The guard, in a black jacket and hat with "DRYS" written on it, looks on from the background at right. Above him a sign with "JAIL FOR/NATIONAL/MALEFACTORS".
