DescriptionThe image is dominated by one male and one female figure. The male figure is shirtless and viewed from the back with his head turned toward the female figure next to him. His proper right arm is extended and his hand rests on the woman's abdomen. The female figure is facing the viewer with eyelids closed and her proper left arm bent at the elbow with palm facing up. The woman wears a long sleeved dress and depicted on her bosom is an image of an infant figure’s face.
