DescriptionThe image is a landscape with the perspective of looking down on a village placed on the side of a mountain. The foreground is barren earth or rock in which, on the lower right, a monument or well stands. On the other side of the barren earth a wall encompasses the village; behind the wall the structures are of varying sizes and shapes with assorted rooflines and roof color, however all of the buildings are a warm white tone. There are patches of green vegetation on the right side of the village. In the background, behind the village, there are mountains which hint at the valley below them.On View
