DescriptionThe image is a harbor scape with the foreground consisting of a rocky beach with a section of planking laying on the right. On the left edge a deteriorating pier juts out into the water with a barge floating alongside. A tall mast or antenna extents into the sky near the pilot cab, while sea gulls circle overhead.
