DescriptionA large structure of a barn dominates the image. On the right the structure is two storied with vertical siding and a cupola on the roof. On the left an addition is single storied with a variety of siding and roofing materials. In front of the addition a male figure stands with his back to the viewer, holding a mallet in his right hand and a stake in his left. The foreground is mostly short grasses on the left and barren earth on the right. A fence of horizontal planking extends from the barn to the left edge of the visual plane; a fence with vertical slats appears on the left side of the barn. A grouping of trees is in the background behind the barn.On View
