BiographyHill, Bill L. (1922-). Born in Star Valley, Wyoming, this interesting painter and sculptor works with western subjects. Now a Mendon, Utah, resident he paints in a color-impressionist style to create works very much in demand both inside and beyond the borders of Utah. The attractions involved here are numerous; foremost among them are the remarkable light that Hill's scenes contain, the sense of authenticity they possess, and the artist's devotion to his work. (b.
