ROBERT VERN BULLOUGH

BiographyBullough, Robert Vern (1926-), is a Salt Lake City painter. From 1965 until his retirement in 1989, he was a professor of educational systems and learning resources at the University of Utah, where he also studied for his degrees (B.S., 1950; M.S., 1951; Ph.D., 1969), majoring in educational media and minoring in art. Originally from Seattle, Bullough moved with his family to Utah at the age of four. He taught school for fifteen years with the Granite School District and twenty-three years at the U of U. As a painter he is a gifted traditional-realist landscapist in watercolors and oils. (b. January 12)
