DescriptionThe sculpture depicts a standing female figure with a standing deer placed on her left side; the figure rests her left hand on the deer's head as the deer turns to gaze up at the figure. The figure is clothed in a single shoulder belted sheath style dress with her left shoulder exposed; her feet are bare and she has raised her right hand to tuck her long hair behind her ear. Both the figure and the deer are standing on a rock formation. The sculpture is mounted on a marble base. On View
