DescriptionThis is a vertical woodcut print. The image is split into two halves, an image and printed text. In the image are two figures in doors gathered around an old fashion, black stove. There is a female figure to the left of the stove wearing a gown, placing a piece of paper into the top of the stove. To the right is a male figure, seated, with two pages in both hands. The pieces of paper has abstract images on them, unintelligible. Behind the seated male figure is a window showing the snow blowing from outside. In the top left corner of the image is a cracked wall with exposed brick. *See Inscriptions for printed text description. On View
