DescriptionA dirt road cuts across the foreground of the image, while on the far side of the road, a row of three large poplar trees extends up the entire height of the canvas. Behind the poplars a house can be seen; it is two stories and has a wraparound porch. To the left of the center poplar tree a doorway is visible, and above on the second floor the edges of windows appear on the left and the right of the same tree. To the left of the house there is a large oak tree with its leaves turned ocher. Behind it a shed roof out building can be seen. On the right a second outbuilding is placed on the edge of the canvas with a smaller tree behind. The sky is blue and cloudless. On View
