DescriptionThe image is dominated by the West Front facade of a cathedral; above the portal doors the tympanum contains niches with statuary as does both sides of the arch way. Directly in front of the portal doors a male figure stands atop a ladder putting up letters on a notice board; to his right a male figure in clerical clothing stands. From the portal doors stairs descend down to a sidewalk filled with figures, both male and female, walking in front of the cathedral.On View
