DescriptionThe image is a pastoral landscape of undulating green land in which trees and foliage fill in the left and right edges of the composition creating a corridor down the center of the visual plane; in the middle ground of the central corridor two brown cows graze. In the distant additional cows can be seen on the gently sloping hillside, the silhouette of mountains in the background.
