This portion of the work is framed by a thick striped border. Outside this border in the background are faded-looking icons which include the bust image of Brigham Young, figures walking, figures swimming, figures dancing, musical instruments, the Provo temple, a capital letter "Y", a football helmet, other bust figures, and more.
