DescriptionThe image is a seascape executed in an Impressionistic style, the activity of the composition filling the right side of the support. Right of center a masted sailing ship is docked at the wharf of a warehouse with a rowboat tethered to its left side and another boat, a fishing vessel with a cabin, docked in front of it. Figures appear in the ship, fishing vessel, and on the dock. In the lower left corner what appears to be the back of a boat can be seen and in the middle left background other vessels are docked at other buildings.
