DescriptionThe image is a waterscape with the foreground consisting of an earthen beach scattered with rocks and, at the waterline, a deteriorating wooden structure, possibly a boat or dock. To the left the beach becomes covered in green vegetation. In the left middle ground is a promontory that extends into the water and in the right an inland-like rock emerges out of the water. The sky over the water is darkened with clouds and then fades into blue sky.
