DescriptionThis image is a landscape. The right three-quarters of the painting is filled with an orange-brown colored rocky land mass. The rocky part in the background slopes upward to the upper right corner. In the midground of the land, there are seven beached boats. The boat closest to the left side of the work and foremost of the seven boats has a mast and sail. Three other boats have masts. In the left quarter, there is a blue body of water visible. In the background, there is partially hidden by the rocky land mass is sky. The left half of the sky is a yellowish green hue, which as it moves to the right, turns to blue.
