Biographya talented Highland, Utah, watercolorist and painter in acrylics, was originally from Spanish Fork, Utah. He earned a B.S. at Brigham Young University and an M.A. at Columbia University (Teachers College). Specializing in landscape and figurative abstract stylization, Cornaby was also a skilled teacher on the faculty of Utah State University (art chair for a period) until unfortunate circumstances forced him to leave that position after the days of Calvin Fletcher's (q.v.) art department chairmanship. He then became a longtime California resident (chair of art departments of three Huntington Beach high schools and instructor at Orange Coast College, etc.) until unfortunate circumstances once again forced him to move back to Utah.
