DIANE STEVENETTE

Biographyof Innisfail, Alberta, Canada; Provo, Utah; and Santa Barbara, California, studied at Eastern Washington State University for two years, then came to Brigham Young University (B.F.A., M.F.A.) for degrees in sculpture, printmaking, and music. Her work is "Henry Moore-esque" in style and utilizes wood, bronze, and stone. She also hand-paints on silk, large walls, and clothes in the same figurative and semiabstract style. She is an actress and opera singer. (b June 16)
