DescriptionThe frontal plane of the image is dominated by two standing male figures. On the left is an elder male figure clothed in a green robe with a rust colored mantel, he is bald on the top of his head but has gray hair around the sides and a gray mustache and beard; the figure looks to the left edge of the support with a concerned expression on his face and his hands are clasped together. The figure on the right is clothed in a white robe with a red mantle; he too looks to the left however his expression is serene though his wrists are tied together with rope. Behind the two main figures are secondary figures; between the two main figures is a figure with a soldier’s helmet and holding a spear or javelin.
