DescriptionThe image is a landscape that is dominated by a large mountain that fills the background space. The foreground is comprised of flat fields in which a road begins at the center edge, curves to the right and then back to the center as it approaches a grouping of structures left of center with trees and foliage filling in like a horizon line. A dramatic mountain without any foliage rises behind the false horizon line and fills almost completely the remaining visual plane with the exception of a small area of sky that is filled with atmospheric clouds.
