BiographyHeil, Harry Earl (1944-), of Reedley, California, and Colorado, studied art at Brigham Young University (M.F.A.) during the 1960s. He has been teaching since 1970 and is now a professor of art at Western State College of Colorado. He is a realist watercolor painter and printmaker of landscape and religious subjects. While his watercolors are large, his woodcuts are often diminutive. (b. Novermber 10)
