DescriptionThe object is a bronze sculpture of a male figure in American Colonial dress mounted on a horse; the horse wears a saddle and bridle and has his head pulled down to meet his neck, his left leg pulled up, and he sits slightly back on his haunches. The male figure wears a three-corner hat, thigh length coat, breeches and boots with spurs; his left hand grasps the reigns while the right arm is raised behind him with a finger pointing back.On View
