DescriptionThe image is a waterscape, the lower half of the canvas being predominantly water and the upper half cloudy sky that tonally mirrors the water. Two pieces of heavily foliaged land extend out into the water, one in the middle ground on the left and one in the distance on the right; additionally, a small island appears just left of center.
