DescriptionThe image is a landscape with one predominate tree to the right of center. The tree fills the major portion of the canvas; its limbs spread out beyond the top and right edges of the work. Patches of light blue sky appear through the tree's limbs. A small stream stretches from the lower right corner toward the left edge of the painting and then begins to curve back toward the right of the painting.
