DescriptionThe image is a landscape of three trees in the foreground and a body of water in the background. The largest tree is in the center of the image; its trunk is brown and splits into several branches that extend beyond the top edge of the work. There are green leaves on the tree. To the left of the large, central tree, there is a thin sapling in the foreground that has no leaves. To the right of the central tree, there is another smaller tree that has green leaves. Green grass and natural shrubbery grow in the foreground. There is a rock on the left edge of the image, about one third of the way up from the bottom of the work. The body of water in the background is light blue and spans the width of the canvas. There are buildings on the far shore, on the left side of the painting. The skyline begins halfway up the painting. Patches of blue, clear sky are visible between the tree trunks and branches. On View
