DescriptionIn the foreground on the right side is a tree spanning the height of the work with no lateral branches until the top of the tree which has branches and leaves fanning out across the top of the work. The next tree which is smaller in perspective is on the left side of the work and has an oval-shaped silhouette, followed by a tree directly behind the one in the foreground which is similar in shape to that tree. In the center of the work are a total of 14 trees which become progressively smaller as they move further from the viewer.
