DescriptionThe image is a landscape in which the foreground consists of a pastoral field in golden tones with a green stripe extending horizontally across the field. In the middle ground, at the edge of the field, on the left there is a rocky knoll with green shrubbery around it; large trees fill in the middle ground on the right. Through the center of the middle ground an open green field can be seen beyond with a town or village in the background.
