DescriptionA dirt road that runs on the left of the image is flanked on the right by a small ditch of water and the road side which has mature trees and an old split rail fence. An old picket gate is swung open towards the road and three youthful figures stand near. One female figure hangs on the gate itself while a second female figure and a male figure stand side by side with their backs to the viewer and look down the road. In the distance down the road is a figure leading two horses or mules.
