DescriptionThe image is a landscape in which the predominant feature is a large structure visually filling the right side of the canvas. The foreground consists of unmown grass that is cut through by a dirt road, on the left, and a dirt path, in the center. The structure consists of a large white main building and three smaller structures that appear added on; the small structures from left to right are a brown toned gable roofed addition, a white add on with a shed roof, and a small stone turret. Shrubbery fills in the space between the structure and the left edge of the canvas; the sky above is atmospheric with darkening clouds. On View
