DescriptionThe image is a landscape used as a setting for a female figure; the foreground is a flat open area containing three trees, two left of center and one right of center, among which a central female figure stands with arms outstretched, clothed in a sheer Grecian-style gown. Four rabbits, two on each side, stand up on their hind legs and gather around the figure while three clusters of birds dot the ground. A dense band of foliage fills the middle ground behind the figure with an agricultural field edged by trees on the horizon line is in the background. On View
