DescriptionThe image is a landscape with several grassy fields and green trees in the middle ground, and a river and mountains in the background. The foreground is composed of a grassy hill with grey rocks that angles from the center left edge down toward the lower right corner. There are several green trees on the left side of the work behind this hill. A stretch of yellow, grassy land lies to the right of the green trees and another section of green land lies behind that. There is a hazy, light blue river that flows horizontally in the background. The mountains in the background are hazy and painted in shades of light blue and grey. They sky is light and slightly clouded. The brush strokes are loose and the paint is applied thickly.
