DescriptionThe image is a waterscape half dominated by a body of water and then half by the fireworks-filled sky. The lower half of the work features the water, bridge, and horizon. The water before the bridge is full of boats, manned by small human figures. Atop the bridge, many small human figures stand. Beyond the bridge, the water extends towards the right edge of the work, and many boats can be seen in it. At the edge of the water is land, covered in trees and buildings, which extends back to the horizon line. The upper half of the work features a dark sky. At the center of the work, a large arc of orange curves up from the water, almost to the upper edge, and then falls back towards the land. The upper right portion features a cluster of stars the same color as the arc. There are Japanese characters in the upper right portion.
