DescriptionA small river runs through the center of the visual plane exiting the image in the lower left corner. Rocks and small boulders line the edges of the riverbank. On both sides of the river barren earth has been covered with an almost continuous carpet of fallen leaves colored in ochre. Two single trees stand bare on either side of the river near the foreground. The background is a combination of trees and shrubs both with and without foliage. On View
