BiographyChase, Holly Carol (1967-) was born in Torrance, California, and now resides in Provo. She studied printmaking (intaglio and lthography) and drawing (charcoal) at Brigham Young University. She is a realist and semirealist artist of still-life and figurative subjects. In her work she is trying to find spirituality and the definition of a "Mormon artist." Ms. Chase works at the BYU Museum of Art as an assistant registrar. (b. December 17)
